Got a new roof that cost $4,500 with new gutters. Being said they were to come back to seal the gutters with no avail. Gutters are falling apart. Texted, called and left a message with no return call. Like they say the warranty is only as good as the man and his word. This man has no character or respect. So there you have it. No character no respect, no warranty. Beware they are only out to make the quick buck. As God says in His word you will either serve God or money...

Repaired a small porch roof. They came and collected their money. First heavy rain there was still a leak. After three calls to register the complaint. No return calls. Eddie left and said; any problems give a call. Understand this is their moto. Typical hustler,that cares less about customers and quality work.

EA roofing are hustlers. We initially hired them to repair areas of our roof. While working the roof, Eddie said he had concerns about our roof and that the decking was had soft spots. With that being said, we agreed to have the roof replaced. They did a very shoddy job of what they completed. Eddie did not supply his crew with all the proper materials and took final payment prior to completing the work we hired them for. His workers informed us there was nothing wrong with the decking, and Eddie never provided them them with decking and or new metal panels. Much work is left to be completed, yet they are paid in full. They are not insured as Alexis stated or at least never provided us with said documentation which I had asked for, and have considerably damaged our home. They took our final payment, and apparently closed shop and headed to Florida. Not only did we not need a new roof, they left prior to completing the job. When we called them to discuss, Eddie told us both to go F ourselves. They have forced our hands to file theft by deception and damage to our property. I would not recommend them.

They came out the same day and did a good job.

Started new roof 1-6-2020 and 3 months later is not finished. What has been done is mostly incorrect and is going to have to be torn off and new roof done. The original roof was not leaking and now leaks in attic and house. Would not show up or call when promised. Cussed us out because *he was losing money on job*. All this aggravation did not come cheap either. They have all our money, but we have an unfinished, leaking roof. Beware!

Very professional and reasonable

I am 82 years old--- days of climbing on a roof are over! The supervisor and the craftsman gave me the confidence that roof problems were identified and a quality repair had been completed.

Did not show up when he said, when I called him he acted like he did not remember me at all. After being a no show he would not return my calls. My partner went ahead and contracted him for the repair on the metal roof and living room ceiling. When the work was done, it was very shoddy, and looked worse after the repair, they did not even clean up after themselves. They hung a piece of Drywall on the ceiling and did not attach it to the rafters, they only attached it with dry wall tape I would not use them again. I also have many photos to back up this bad review.

I hired them to fix a leak in my roof. After they completed their work, it still leaked. I had difficulty getting them to come back and try again. Finally they came back but after they worked on it, it still leaked. Now I cannot get in touch with them.

Very prompt & courteous. Came in the pouring rain to fix a leak in the roof and will be coming back to do a full repair once the sun is out! Eddie, Thank you very much for stopping the water coming into the house.

Ed showed up on time and quickly solved the problem.

Eddie came for the estimate and came for the work exactly when he said he would. Very easy to deal with very professional. He fixed a major flaw in our roof that was getting ready to leak, installed zinc strips to eliminate mold on the roof, and did a full inspection and roof maintenance job. I will hire him again.

Arrived soon after my call to the company to inspect, clearly communicated what roof repair needed to be done, did the repairs competently and quickly, were reasonable in cost, and both were personable. Would recommend them.

Outstanding. For several years I have had a problem with a leak in my roof that couldnâ t be found. Fortunately the leak dripped outside but also under my wood siding. E&A was the fourth company over the years I asked to find and address this and other issues. None could find the source of the leak. The E&A technicians arrived on time, and within about 10 minutes had found the source of the leak and advised that water was entering through an area area that had not been finished under adjoining roof lines. The also checked over my roof and found a broken shingle and a couple of other items. After purchasing the necessary materials, they went to work and the roof was repaired by the end of the day. Unsure as to whether they really found the problem, I made it a point to check it the next time it rained. No water. No leak. A job well done by a couple of young, polite, and proactive roofers who did a great job and solved a years long problem. A great company who will be my number 1 company to call if I ever need roofing work again.

They responded immediately to my request and did my repair within a few days at a reasonable price. All employees were professional and friendly. Great company!

Be careful, he seems like a very nice young man but he did not do what I paid him for and will not return my phone calls.

Eddy one of the owners came out and inspected the area where the leak in my roof was. He gave me, what I thought was a fair price, so we agreed on a start date. He was very friendly and presented himself very well. He was also very knowledgeable of roofing. There was some rain in our area so he did not get to start on the date we agreed so there was some confusion on when they would do the work. Eddy actually ended up doing the work himself on a Sunday afternoon. He ended up taking more material and time to find a repair the leak. It was more than the original quote but he did a very good job and it was still a very fair price. I would recommend them and I will use them again if the need arises. R. Henley Jonesborough, Tn
