I would not recommend this company and warn with caution before wasting your time. I called them back in July to get a gutter estimate, they came out quickly and got me a total. Their price was cheaper then any ones and they had good reviews online so I decided to give them the job. I spoke to the rep who came to our house and he said for me drive down to their office to complete the paperwork. I told him that they should be emailing or bringing me the paperwork and that I should not have to drive to your office location to do so. So he said to call his office which I did to make the 1/3 of the payment and have them email me the contract. The rep at the office told me that I needed to go back to the sale rep because it had been almost a month since the quote, I explained that I have been leaving messages with their rep for weeks before he called me back which was on them and we were not going to renegotiate the price. They have a deal where if you agree to the service the same day they give you 5% off, well I am pretty sure they tried to get out of that by trying to blow me off then pretend like I am the one who waited. At this point I am heated so I called and spoke to the manager and she apologized for the inconvenience and said she would make sure the rep would come out to my house that Monday with the paperwork and to have me make the payment, well Monday came and nobody ever showed up. If a company cannot even show up or return phone calls then I am pretty sure their work ethics will be about the same. If you do call them, have fun with the run around games, it is a good way to waste of a month of your time and still be at square one with your project!

Our roof was replaced in May and we are still amazed at the quality of the work, quickness of install and total cleanup. Our communication with this company was polite and easy. With the virus an issue we asked for less contact with the workers and these requests were honored. The end product was beautiful. We can honestly say we have only positive remarks to describe our experience. Also, the price was very good.

EAS roofing did not clean up the job site. I had to have reps come back out to my house several times to sweep my yard with a magnet to pick up nails. I ve had to pick up hundreds of roofing nails by hand. My 4 year old daughter and myself have had nails go through our shoes while we were playing in my yard. Additional I had a nail go through a car tire which I was not reimbursed for. They did not clean the gutters very well and did a questionable job on the roof. Overall I was extremely disappointed and would never recommend this company.

Second question worker asked was about billing me...before he asked what the problem was. The first roofing company I ever hired that did not want to see the interior damage to help assess the leak. They were there from the knock on the door to exiting the property approximately 45 minutes but charged me a full hour at $350 and $50 for sealant. They were on the roof for about 20 minutes. Very poor communication. They then emailed an invoice within 2.5 hours and called my cell 2 hours after that about the invoice. Wow are they great at collections. I pay my bills, even for poor service. They are a rip off!! Do not use. I have multiple roofers for different properties I own, this company was the worse and wont use them again.

Working with the estimator, I had suggested the worst case scenario as to roof deck, number of layers of shingles, gutters, and venting issues. Some items were as expected, while others were not and they were truthful about those issues. The weather did prevent timely installation of gutters and downspouts, however they were installed very quickly. The overall appearance and price were of the highest quality.

My experience with this company was Excellent. I cannot say enough good things. They showed up early, ready to work, extremely professional and friendly, and they went over and above on my roofing repair. I needed several things done including properly reattaching the gutter, replacing missing shingles, putting tanglefoot caulk on my roof to keep pigeons off, checking chimney for any pointing issues, checking roof, fixing apron near gutter.. they did it all, quickly, professionally, and very very well. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Wonderful to find a company that has all the qualities of timelines, quality of repair work, friendliness, honesty, fair price and goes over and above. Thank you Home Advisor for having such a quality company on your site for me to find.

EAS Roofing subcontracted my roof to another company. I believe they took on to many jobs. The job was started late (around noon) when they had said they would start around 7 am. There was an EAS company person present most of the time but he was clearly not in charge. The tear-off of the roof was a mess (somewhat expected) but the care to protect my house was poor. Tarps used here and there were a joke, torn and not put to protect anything. The dumpster was a tow behind type and a lot of the shingle did not go in the dumpster when thrown off the roof. My gutters were full of nails and shingle pieces. My downspouts got totally plugged and rain was threatening. The crew lead (contractor owner) said he was going to get it done. They worked until 9 pm on my roof. They put production over quality. They worked in the dark with helmet lights to see what they were doing. (poor method for quality results). The next day I looked a what they had done and could not believe the mess I had. I called EAS ROOFING told them I was not satisfied with the cleanup. They said they would send someone out when they could, all crews were on other jobs. I could not wait for them because my gutters and downspouts were completely plugged and rain was forecast. I cleaned and vacuumed out my downspouts. A crew came days later and helped to clean up around the house, gutters, and the roof areas. I felt pretty good that my roof was done. But the rain came and my nightmare began. The roof was leaking at all of my skylights causing damage to the interior walls of my house. I contacted EAS ROOFING pleading for help. They could not send anyone right away another job needed material. I wanted to talk to the owner but I was told he was not in. Another EAS representative came to the house and said the skylights were not flashed properly and that is why they were leaking. He repaired one of seven skylights and temporary covered the others. I had suffered damage to walls and a door jam from leaks. Read EAS contract on who is responsible for leak interior damage. YOU ARE! EAS made the subcontractor come back to make the repairs (He was not happy). He made repairs that were substandard. Placing a skylight way out of alignment with the interior walls, EAS sent a repair crew out later to repair the problem and others left behind by the poor job I got. Cracked ridge cap shingles, exposed nails, temporary cover nails left in roof exposed and poor caulking. I still feel I got a bad job and would not want anyone else to go thru this.
