his entire process has gone horribly wrong. The company called me on 06/24/2026 from my inquiry on the Angi s website and we agreed on a piggyback move for $1,500 from NY to FL. I was then told to pay a $450 deposit which I paid on the same date of 06/24. Then the agreement was for me to pay 1/2 of the remaining $1,050 when the movers came to pick up my items and the other 1/2 at the time of delivery. I also understood that I will be called a day or two before pick up to arrange the time of the pick up. Pick up was agreed for 06/29. To my surprise I was called on 06/28 by the mover who said he was 12 minutes away from the apartment. I explained I was to be contacted beforehand and no for someone to just show up. Nonetheless the movers showed up and was from the start being shady. From starting to talk about charging me for long haul fee, didn t know I was given 2 free tv boxes, plus the additional discounts for the piggy back move. This mover then tries to get my cousin on site to sign a new contract for over $3,800. That s when thing went from horrible to a nightmare. This mover then packed when he want to pack of my items then left my couch and dresser in the hallway on the first floor lobby. The mover even tried to get the police involved because I refused to pay other that what we agreed on. I paid him once he arrived $500 per his request, and he wanted me to pay him an additional $1,600 plus before he can leave. As he saw I wasn t going to pay any more money he then left with my items he already packed. Since this was a Sunday and the officer was closed I told him I will communicate with the their officer on Monday to get this matter resolved. I called the office on Monday and everyday this week and have been in communication with the manager Selena who advised that she will be resolving the issue. So far I have been without my items and no resolution. Whenever I speak to Selena she would tell me that she I waiting to hear from upper management but going into the weekend I do not feel confident that this will be resolved and I have my items by then.

Avoid at all cost! Nickel and dime you, terrible communication, didn?t show up on day 1 for pickup, we had such a struggle to get communication on where they were. They failed to communicate and show on day 2. Showed up late, as it started to pour, they said they would wait but drove off. Two hours later we were told they went to another job.
