The fact it was a total rebuild and it's was super hard. And he had to blend his job in with the original work which was off by 2in. And he made the his work completely blend in perfectly. He prices was way under all 4 of my other estimates by far. I feel his prices should be little higher honestly for his ability. And he keep job site clean and cleaned up after nicely. Very happy ð   homeowner. I want him back to steps next spring and sons chimney.
