This company is owned by a man using various names: Emad Bedary (the name he gave me), Emad Bebawy, Emad Sliman and Emad Soliman. He is unlicensed, incompetent and does not know how to diagnose or fix a simple problem. Additionally, he is dishonest as he should have told me it was not worth fixing the machine. The first time he worked on it the machine spun by the time he left but the next time I used the machine it did not spin. After each of his many attempts to fix the washer spin cycle he told me he was sure he could fix it the "next time" after he did some research. Finally, he said he was sure he could order a part (turned out to be the transmission) that would fix it and wanted me to pay him $715 for the part before he bought it. I declined. When he brought the part over I had a feeling it was used. I later found out he was fired from his last job due to customer complaints. My requests for a refund have been ignored and I will be filing a complaint with DCA/CSLB. Do not use EB Service
