I service the North Shore Massachusetts and surrounding areas. I am the business owner and only use select craftsmen and myself to perform work to the homeowner's and my expectations. All work will be performed if it was my own home. I attended school for House & Mill Carpentry and have been doing it my whole life. I do prefer email however, as it gives me a better record of details for easier followup. Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Mike is meticulous! I hired him for power washing and was so impressed I extended his services to paint my deck. While using a roller would have been faster and easier, he chose to brush paint for a better end result. He will return to paint some trim on my house. I highly recommend his company and him!

I was quite happy with the work done by OBrien Handyman services. The project turned out to be a bit of a challenge due to weather, and one of the guys decided to quit in the middle of the job. (that was weird...) but he made sure to get it done and made it right in the end.

Sliding Door or Tracks - Repair
I had a sliding glass door that was not operating properly and Mike was able to fix it. He also completed a long list of other small projects for me. His price is very reasonable and the work was completely quickly and the quality of his work was excellent! I recommend Mike without reservation.

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Mike did excellent work cleaning our gutters, he was extremely thorough, quick and cleaned up the mess of pine needles & leaves beautifully! My gutters & driveway are spotless! He even sent many pictures of each section of cleaned gutter to show his work, since we can't see up there. Would 100% hands-down recommend Mike's meticulous work.

V. O'Connor in Lynn, MA Mike came this morning to repair several windows that were not operating properly. He was able to fix all of them and went out of his way to be sure each window was not just operating, but operating the best it could. He also did a couple of other small jobs for me. I hired Mike O'Brien to assemble a TV stand. Mike called and we set up an appointment for Thursday morning at 11 am. He then called and ask if he could come a little earlier and I said yes, that would be fine. I was extremely impressed with him. He was a gentleman and at all times professional. The TV stand came out perfect. I love it. I would hire him again for any project. It was a nice experience meeting him.

I hired Mike to fix a lock on a door. The door was mangled and I was trying to not buy a new door at this time. He went to the property and fixed it. Although it took longer than expected and was more difficult than expected, Mike still charged me what we spoke about. The door and lock look great and my tenant is happy. I would hire Mike again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a handyman. I am so happy I found him!
