Mr. Eric Benitez the owner of the company was very polite and professional, not like some of the contractors home warranty companies are hiring nowadays. , They must be hiring at the jail. He was able to accommodate us and see us the very same day that we placed a work order for our bedroom ceiling fan. There was something wrong with it. It smelled like it was burning and could potentially cause a fire. He removed it and determined it needed to be replaced. This same day he went out and got a replacement ceiling fan, came back and installed it for us. All of this with a very helpful attitude. He went above and beyond what I had expected that day. He was very polite and did not upsell any "not covered" services. He actually gave us a discount on a part of the service that was not covered. I am a Disabled Army Retiree and appreciate his honesty. He impressed my wife and me very much. I will request his company for now on for my home's electrical needs and repairs. I recommend him to everyone, to include all Military, Veteran and Retiree families.
