company needs new carpet guys. They need some training on doing carpet. I ended up going to [Provider Name Removed] to see if they could fix Edwing's screw ups because he would not return calls or text. While talkin to the carpets stir the said Edwing's guys were asking how to lay carpet. Terrible work. If your guys don't know how to do it, you should have let us know so I could have gotten it done right the first time or you should have subcontracted out to the carpet store. Seems like you were more worried about making money than doing the job right which in the end will cost you more work as we are looking for buliders and contractors for larger jobs UPDATE 7/2: Well I will say Edwing cares about the opinion of his clients. Apparently, he had missed my original text but later found out that I was unhappy with the carpet job. His crew painted, resolved plumbing issues , did cabinets, and did great tile work; however, his carpet guy quit so he had his crew try to do it themselves because we were on a short timeline. This was a mistake and Edwing is now aware and offered a full refund for the work that was not satisfactory. Which was only the carpet. He truly cares about the reputation of his company and is working to resolve and repair the issues. UPDATE 7/11: Well Edwing blew a lot of smoke up my ***. Thought he wanted to make things right. So he claimed. I paid $2,400 for carpet plus his labor charges. After days of back and forth about get the carpet fixed he informed me his guys would fix it. Why would I hire the same guys who screwed it up. I got [Provider Name Removed] of Edmond to do it right but did not have time to wait on the special order carpet I originally had; thus, I had to go with an in store brand. Edwing refused to pay for the carpet he ruined. He would only pay for the replacement carpet and has not made any offer to pay us back the labor we paid our. . After going round and round with him, I decided to agree with him only paying back the $1829 for the replacement carpet because I had to try and recover as much of the money as I could, as we were in the process of selling the house, and I had 4 days remaining to meet the requirements of the TRR. 2 of those day were the weekend and good luck getting carpet installed on a weekend with such short notice. So I did not get the carpet I wanted do to this companyâ s incompetence, lost approximately $800 between labor and the difference in price of carpet, and got a lot of stress.

They are terrible. They are not real contractors. The price that they quoted was very inaccurate. It took them 3 weeks longer than they stated.. The account manager/translator AKA the girlfriend is very rude. They have to have other REAL contractors to them how to correctly do their job. Also if you don't speak Spanish you will have so many more problems. When you tell them what you want done later in the project you will need to hire someone else because they will say "we no do that we no license for that license. Also when the mess up you end up paying for someone else to come and fix it. Then they charge you for every little thing like can you cover that up with more paint...oh that is extra we ll get you an invoice.

Prompt, efficient, kept me informed. Very good quality of work. Even came back promptly to do some touch up.

He was very clean and detailed. He did a really good job and I was really happy with it. He was very efficient.

It was fantastic and they did everything that I ask them to do.
