Spray Foam Insulation Installation
The sales rep gave a start date window that was not recognized by the office. The office never called, was told they could not read sales reps writing. After contacting Office was given a start time for the following week. Needed to call again the next week to get a rough install time. Personal problems with the crew lead to an hour and a half delay in getting started, told they would start between 7:30 and 8:30 am, they show up at 10:00 am. Then they are prepared to complete only half the job and were not aware of the contract calling for baffles. They were also not aware of the garage door insulation install. Call the Office again, was given a time for the following week. When that day arrives the Office calls and reports that the material was arriving on the day of the install, therefore another postponement. A day prior to the install date the Office calls and says the crew wants to finish the install that afternoon. We accommodate. The job was completed and the crew spokesman said he would be back to add adhesive to the panels. I told them no need but he seemed to insist he would return. He did not return. To be fair I told the Sales Rep there was no hurry on the install. And, he told me they do not usually do garage doors. Also, their office was in the process of moving. But once the contract was signed and installation date set, I expected prompt completion.

Spray Foam Insulation Installation
Please check with the office to ask about Installation for your lanai ceiling with a flat roof. Much cooler since it was done. Make sure that you have plastic to cover all your furniture, floors, etc., prior to their arrival. Very good workers, on time and a good job. Joan Tribulas, Realtor
