I had a disappointing experience with this contractor. I initially hired him to paint the interior of my house, which was done adequately. However, when I hired him to redo my staircase, the quality of work fell short. My original staircase had tile, but the treads were too short. He assured me he would correct the issue using oak wood. Instead, he used cheap pine, and he also promised to fix a shelf under the sink, which was also not done. Since I live out of town, I was unaware of these issues until now. I m extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and the subpar materials used. I was also not sent the full invoice for this job. I believe I was overcharged for materials.

I would highly recommend ECJ General Services for exterior power washing services. Efrain's work was excellent, and he was punctual and responsive, despite the fact that he did the work on the coldest day of the year!! I will definitely be contacting ECJ for future work.

Always on time and did outstanding work

Efrain and his team did an amazing job removing the popcorn ceiling in my apt unit I'm trying to rent out. They also re-textured it for a more modern look and painted it white. His quote was reasonable and he was able to start the project within days of our initial meeting. The project only took about 3 days total. They were quite efficient. When I inspected on a final walk through, I brought up some items that were quickly addressed and corrected. It was easy to communicate with Efrain via text and he was very professional and up front about everything throughout the process. Estimates, payment requests and the contract were all done electronically, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend ECJ services to anyone looking for an honest and qualified person to do projects in your home. I plan to use him again in the near future. Thanks again ECJ services!

Good overall experience with ECJ Services. We had our ceilings sanded and knockdown applied to remove lines after having interior walls removed.
