They were very quick to schedule were prompt. However, I am sorry to say they were not very knowledgeable. I had an issue with ants inside one of my closets in my house, and when I questioned what type of ants, they seemed unsure. (They told me they were sugar ants. Turns out they were carpenter ants.) In my yard, I thought I had what might have been Termites. They seemed like they were taking a guess when they said it was ants. Took a while for them to determine whether it was ants or termites. They said it was a different type of ants from the ones inside my house (Turns out that they were the same type of ants, carpenter ants.) They did little to answer my questions and when they left I did not feel at ease at all. So 2 days later, and non-stop worrying, I had no choice but to hire another exterminator to come out. It was a world of difference. The new exterminator really took the time & explained everything so thoroughly and was super professional. I am upset that I spent (basically wasted) my money on Ecofriendly Pest control. I am sorry but I would not recommend them.

You should feel comfortable paying for the service that is provided. I have not seen anything like this before. They were able to service with a full apartment of people present. They were friendly and respectful. The communication was straight forward with no surprises or mishaps.
