I was so in need of help because there was an infestation of yellow jackets in my daughter's bedroom and she had to sleep on the floor in another room until the problem was solved. The 2 guys who came the day I called were courteous, very eager to help, very dignified and friendly. They found 3 nests under the siding outside and got rid of them. But after they left, there were more yellowjackets in the bedroom. The guys then had to return soon after, and they worked to find out how the bees got in the bedroom, why there were more. They discovered a 4th nest again behind the siding outside, got rid of it, checked everywhere else. The reason not giving 5 stars is that I think they should have checked more thoroughly the first time. I also thought the price was much too high. They did come to CT from the Bronx, but only spent an hour to do the job. Then I had to pay more for the second visit, which would not have been necessary if they were more thorough the first time. So far, we are fine. No more bees.

They were very quick to schedule were prompt. However, I am sorry to say they were not very knowledgeable. I had an issue with ants inside one of my closets in my house, and when I questioned what type of ants, they seemed unsure. (They told me they were sugar ants. Turns out they were carpenter ants.) In my yard, I thought I had what might have been Termites. They seemed like they were taking a guess when they said it was ants. Took a while for them to determine whether it was ants or termites. They said it was a different type of ants from the ones inside my house (Turns out that they were the same type of ants, carpenter ants.) They did little to answer my questions and when they left I did not feel at ease at all. So 2 days later, and non-stop worrying, I had no choice but to hire another exterminator to come out. It was a world of difference. The new exterminator really took the time & explained everything so thoroughly and was super professional. I am upset that I spent (basically wasted) my money on Ecofriendly Pest control. I am sorry but I would not recommend them.

Extremely professional. On time. Helpful. Reliable and fast. I felt like I was in very good and capable hands. Not only did they do their job well but they were able to offer suggestions and advice for going forward.

You should feel comfortable paying for the service that is provided. I have not seen anything like this before. They were able to service with a full apartment of people present. They were friendly and respectful. The communication was straight forward with no surprises or mishaps. Thereâ s no where else you need to look if you are trying to control unwanted pests in your living space.

I would not hesitate to hire this company again should I ever have a problem concerning any service they provide.
