David was very courteous and professional. He took time to explain exactly what would be done to trap the squirrel. He returned promptly when the squirrel was trapped and cleared the nest. I wiould definitely recommend him.

They did not complete the job. They never caught my groundhog. I should have bought my own cage and tried myself with a burger, instead of apples and lettuce.

I feel the amount of effort and time put in it was expensive. Meantime a Plumber with help put in six hours each of actively working, cost me more reasonable cost

Dave is very professional, pleasant, and very knowledgeable about the habits of squirrels. Unlike one professional who would put traps outside the squirrels' entrance (encouraging other squirrels from the outside to be trapped), Dave knows the squirrels live as a family in their habitat and puts the traps there, trapping only squirrels that have infested your home. Dave is very courteous and comes exactly the time he schedules.

David provided excellent service and communication. Called before to let me know he was on his way. Was very knowledgeable about the infestation. Resolved the problem and helped provide a detailed invoice so I could recoup from my condo association who clearly did nothing to solve my problem. I will definitely continue to use for any infestations I may have in the future..

Responded to request within 20 minutes. Came out that day and assisted with trapping and giving suggestions. Price was a bit high, but definitely worth it. Kept in contact between initial visit and follow-up. Gave suggestions on how to control mouse problem. Will definitely use him again
