Hired original contractor from company. They started out great but did not complete the job. Contacted ECO Scapes and was told the contract had been completed and lawn only needed maintenance. If weed killer had been applied like we were told no maintenance would be necessary. We were suppose to get extra load of river rock to fill in over the pre-existing rock, which was not done. Crape Myrtles were not trimmed. For $6,000.00 I expected the job to be done correctly and it was not!

Left a bit of a mess around the backyard planting bed, but overall the job done was great.

I am very pleased with my new patio. The team was hard at work very early with the goal of having it completed by the end of the day. They are very professional and although most of them do not speak English, there was at lease one person that spoke enough English to make me feel like I was included in the entire process. They are very good problem solvers and do not make up excuses when things didn't quite work out the way they planned. I would hire them for other projects.

I had a challenge finding a company that would install an electric gate opener. This company said no problem, install an auto opener with remotes and a key pad. My home is not fancy, but this is so cool and such a convenient way to get my car in and out without stepping foot outside. It's beautiful and practical. While the cost was more than I thought, they gave me a metal framed and metal post with the cedar 1" wood. So I know I got my monies worth. So Pleased! Yvette Allan

Once the project was paid for, we did not see the project manager again throughout the build. He called and stated he would be there on four separate occasions, but never showed. One of those times he did call and say he was sick. The project has been completed for about a week now and still no project manager. That being said, the subcontractor, Arnold Gaona, did a great job. He and his team showed up on time, clarified what was being done and policed up the area when done. The flagstone work looks great.

My concrete is not leveled correctly. So when it rains it puddles up against my house. There are already cracks in it. Communication between myself and Brian Borne were not good. Instead of coming by my house himself to retrieve my check for him to get paid or even address my concerns, he instead, sent the subcontracting manager who isnt an Eco Scapes employee. The subcontracter who actually was onsite worked with me very well, (Arnold). Brian never came by to inspect the work after it was done, if you wanna call it that. Oh, to top it off, Brians workers; while spreading the cement, sprayed it all over the back of the house. By the time I came home from work, the cement had hardened on my house. I attempted to address it with Brian, and received no response. So it took Arnold (subcontractor) to come and clean it off with his own people from his own company. Now paint on the back of my brand new house is scraped offâ ¦ Listen, I know how this business runs, my familyâ s done it for over 20yrs. Does not matter how big or how small the job is or was. The company manager ALWAYS inspects the job and makes sure the customer is happy. I only saw Brian once since the job was started and that was to give me an inflated price on a regular flat concrete patio. Never came when he said he would, or cancelled our meeting to discuss proper measurements of my patio. I (the customer) measured out the measurementsâ ¦ I feel like I was cheated outta $5k..

Brian and his team are amazing. He transformed a rocky north/northwest San Antonio new build into a resort paradise- all within our original budget-no overruns! And his team completed the job as promised in our first design meeting. The design is stunning. Brian took our basic description of what we wanted and transformed our thoughts into exactly how we wanted to feel when we drive up. Itâ s so beautiful! So letâ s talk details. First, Brian met with us, asked questions walked the entire lot, and came back within a week with a design and project plan. Second, his team came out in phases to do the stonework, build the raised beds, and the fire circle. Then the came out with the rocks and the plants. And finally, they cleaned the site so you would have never known they were here. Spotless! The nursery Brian uses is simply outstanding. Iâ ve never seen such beautiful plants! And we are 30 days out from installation and we have not lost a single plant from shock or lack of water. The deer did eat one plant, and promptly spit it out, so Iâ d say Brian knows his plants. We told Brian we like to watch the hummingbirds on our back porch. And now we have so many more than before because of the beautiful trees he planted. My advice- be honest with Brian. Tell him how you want to feel in your yard and what you like to do. Then trust his vision y process. It works! Brian, we are so grateful to you and your team! Weâ ve never had this type of beauty! Thank you for making our home into our favorite place!

Hired Brian for a consultation regarding landscaping related leaking. He was able to come out the next day and give me valuable insight. Would recommend!

You get what you pay for. If you want it done in a timely manner and done well and correctly, this is the company. They do not skimp on materials and they don't hire strangers off the streets. The workers are professionals who show up on time and work hard all day. We will hire this company again for any other work we need done.
