They were prompt and courteous. They got the job done quickly and explained what was going on. The only reason I didn't give five stars was the price could have been less.

Our tech responded to the service request within minutes of our submission. He arrived on time for the appointment, reviewed the contract with my husband and set the traps. He returned to check the taps as scheduled and he left a personal not each time he visited to check the trap and remove the catch. We were completely satisfied with the service he provided and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I made one phone call to ECOTECH and recieved a quick response from Bill Lamboy. He was able to meet with us that same day. We explained our problem (carpenter ants). Bill answered all our questions and explained how he would treat the problem. Ecotech Pest Control responded to a mouse problem in our house. They were able to come out the same day of my initial call and were prompt and extremely courteous and professional. We are also going to be using them to treat for termites. Their prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely pleased at the work done by Ecotech. When they came out and surveyed the house I could tell immediately they were experienced professionals and knew how to get the job done. Ecotech was the first of the three Servicemagic suggested services to contact me and set up an appointment for an estimate. The technician was very pleasant, knowledgeable and prompt. Prior to his onsite visit, I had been contacted by one of the other 2 services, that outlined their program and gave me a quote over the phone. Armed with that information, I was better able to assess the comparable service suggested by Ecotech, who was able to begin their treatment service immediately. The overall rating is based only on this one visit. Since we expect several followup visits, I hope that this positive experience continues

I called ECOTECH to get rid of a bees' nest in my home. I had to pay in full ($214.00) at the time of the first application of pesticide, and was told that they would return "in 5 days" to reapply the pesticide. I was also told I had a "30 day guarantee." ECOTECH failed to return until almost a month (a few days before the 30 day guarantee was to expire) after the first application, after I had called them twice to let them know the nest was still active. The second application also failed, and my subsequent phone calls have gone unreturned. This is NOT a professional, reliable company.
