They did a great job replacing my hot water heater, which was in a location that's really tough to get to & work in.

Although a little mishap with a valve popping open soaking our plumber as he worked, job went well and excellent value.

The technician was great -- very polite and professional. I would've hired him to do an additional job, but when I showed him the problem he saw that it was an easy fix and did the repair while he was there without an additional charge.

They showed up fast and got me up and running same day. However, I called a couple times a few weeks later for another project and never heard back from them.

They were quick, efficient and thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained how to adjust hot water heating settings and how all the plumbing worked around the tank.

Highly recommend Ec Plumbing. It was important to me that the price was stated up front and there was no attempt to "up sell" or add equipment. Very pleased with prompt service, the efficiency and competence of installer, the care to protect carpets when bringing in new heater and removing old. Installer went beyond what was expected to assist with concerns of gas line and old meter. Also returned promptly when it was noticed that the water line to the ice maker needed to be re-attached. I will call Ec Plumbing for all future plumbing needs.

Delighted with their prompt service and going to fetch the new toilet i picked out on line so they did not need to return another day. Turned a potentially bad day starting with a toilet leaking into the floor below to a good day.

We are so glad we went with EC Plumbing to tackle our project. We had them out in a semi-emergency situation to repair an active leak, and after witnessing their expertise - and receiving a great estimate - went ahead and hired them to repipe the whole house. They worked expeditiously and were very conscientious about the holes they had to make to get to the plumbing. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Arrived with the incorrect water heater & had to return to supplier. Once started the project was completed without delay. A new style gas valve was also needed & installed. They also replaced the main water shutoff valve also without problems. I am satisfied with the installation and how Jason handled the project.

Arrived late due to a mix up, but service was great.

Jason started the job of diagnosing the problem with my 16 year old water heater that would not stay lit. We tried a less costly replacement of the thermocouple that ultimately did not work but he jumped right on the solution to install a new water heater the next day by his fellow colleagues. All of the EC staff were easy to work with, courteous, and got the job done.
