Great service!

Review by Lynn W. in King George VA Chris called and gave me a heads up that he was running ahead of schedule and and would be at our place an hour earlier than scheduled time!!! Replaced the heating elements in the water heater and wow, we have nice hot water again. Very pleased with their service.

Great company,quality work and very pleasant and on time. Solved problem that was a issue for months. Very fast with estimates and got the job done in 2 days even with some unforseen issues. Outstanding workers and very friendly

The plumber was courteous and let me know what he did. The jury is still out whether his work is sufficient. He explained that he could not screw in the outside faucet bib to the foundation because the hole was too large so he caulked all around the bib. Unless the caulk was concrete, I'm not sure how this will be able to ensure the bib doesn't move when using the faucet. I'll check it out in the spring and change my review if needed.

They responded quickly. They came same day and found the problem. They came back next day and fixed it. Great service!!

They originally said they would be coming between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. The two employees showed up at 8:30 a.m. and I was able to do other things after 9:00.

Arrived on time, but did not have all the necessary tools needed to complete the job. Cost me $189.00 the first day with no solution. Came back the second day and cleared the clog, costing me an additional $100.00. Disappointing

Response time was awesome as well as customer service. They scheduled our appt same day with a 2 hour window and arrived on time. I was trying to replace a bathroom faucet when I noticed that my shut off valves were not turning off the water completely. They confirmed that my 22 year old valves were not working properly and replaced them as well as changing out the faucet for me. The next day I noticed I had a slight leak under a sink in another bathroom. No amount of me making adjustments was working and I noticed that the valves in this bathroom were also not shutting off the water. I called them and they came out and changed out the valves and fixed my leak. I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided by ECR.

Identified the cause and made sure the clog is removed from multiple sources. Professional and timely service. Plumbing services are expensive, but I think ECR was reasonable on the price.

I wasn't sure at first, however he was very knowledgeable and polite. The jobs were finished quickly and professionally.

Came out the day we needed somebody to fix the rear hose connection. Very professional and courteous.

Scott and his helper were great! They were prompt for their scheduled appointment and were quick to analyze and fix my outside faucet issue. Friendly and courteous service and their pricing was very reasonable. Even got a quote on a possible washer/dryer hookup I'm the basement! I'll definitely use them again!

Scott was very polite and professional. He explained my options and the cost (which was in my budget - very rare for plumbing projects in this day and age). He did an excellent job and I am 100% satisfied.

I had a pipe burst on the mainline into the house. You guys hooked me up with ECR who came right out and took care of it. We have water again and quickly.

Replaced main sewer line NO easy task as line buried more than 10ft down, discovered original install did not meet code, ECR corrected. Scott and Paul communicate well & are easy to work with. THANKS guys!!! update-------------------------------- issues after job completed - soil not compacted so yard & driveway now developing sinking holes.
