THEY STARTED WORK BETWEEN 10.00 A.M. AND 1.00 P.M., IF THEY STARTED AT ALL. IT TOOK 25 WORKING DAYS TO DO 10 DAYS WORK. THEY STARTED WORK ON 10-14-10 AND COMPLETED ON 11-17-10.
