Rebuilt Deck foundation and installed PVC boards and a railing system. We are pleased with the deck work, quality, and value. Last summer one of our deck boards was damaged by a Landscaper. I called Edgar several times starting in June to get this repaired. There was virtually no follow up on my calls. Edgar finally agreed to come to look at the damage in August and agreed to repair it. He also advised that he had purchased the materials to do the work. He agreed to come several times and never showed up or called to reschedule. I am very disappointed in the customer service side of this business and feel that the company was eager to get the work, but, punch list and subsequent service leave a lot to be desired.
