Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Replaced vanity and vanity top in bathroom. Some work necessary to level flooring where the existing vanity was that occurred when the original tile was put down in the bathroom. Required plumbing work and some modifications to a drawer in the new vanity due to the existing drain which was a challenge to resolve. Finished it off with quarter round and hung the mirror. Great job on everything! Coming back for Phase II for a new vanity in the master bath. Rate very reasonable.

The constructor broke several tiles, and left a mess upon finishing the project.

"The job was to remove the grout, then replace it with new grout. The process occasionally chips some tiles and creates mountains of dust. We do our best to contain the construction area. The customer said the maid would remove any grout dust from the rest of the house. All broken or chipped tiles were replaced."
