Electrical Wiring or Panel Upgrade
Darryl was the first to contact me (re upgrading elec. panels at my rental prpty). He started in Apr and now it's late August-work is not finished. One tenant had an electr. short 2 weeks ago, and despite numerous promises to show up, he has not done so. I filed 2 complaints with SvcMagic, and I'm about to file a complaint with the State Licensing Brd. I am VERY unhappy. Now I am left to find someone else who CAN finish the work. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I've been VERY patient and waited to complete this rating, hoping he would finish the job. But at this point, I consider this project abandoned by Darryl Kinney. What a huge disappoinment!

Job was to start in February and I was told that he wold have it completed in 3 days. It is now almost June and the project is still ongoing and he obviously does not understand the issue of in a timely basis. It is almost 4 months and he is still randomly showing up at the house. DO NOT USE THIS ELECTRICIAN. He seems like a nice guy and when he does work, he has laborer do while he stands around barking orders. At this point I feel that the laborer has more knowledge on electicity than the owner! I have been told that he is overcharging me as well. Completely unreliable.

I had the worst experience with EDS Electric, to the point where I had to file a complaint with the CA State Contractors Board. Cannot recommend this company at all!

Darryl Kinney and assistant was prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He took no more than 1 minute to follow up my request for service from Service Magic. (Actually Called Me in about a minute from sending my request) I will always call him first and refer him to all my fellow realtors.
