Techs arrived promptly on time, installed the mini-split unit I had purchased. They were very polite and professional. Cleaned up the work site after completing the job. For health reasons I needed to install an entirely new HVAC system with a premium on air quality. From four competitors I selected LaValley Home Services to do the work. Weathermen Mechanical installed two ACs and two went hoods for my business. None of the installed items were done properly. We had them out to correct problems in the beginning but they quit answering our calls. The owner bids the job and asks for payment. Other than that he is nonexistent. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

Their work is always done poorly, Buddy never checks his jobs and his is right away trying to get paid before we have a chance to check is his work out, we then come to find out that the work is poorly done. We have used them on 4 jobs and its always been the same. His excuse is always that his men lie to him and he fire them. Also, have we have to keep calling him to send out the warranted for the units.

BUDDY IS A GENIUS WITH A/C ISSUES!!!!! We have been having low air flow in my daughter bedroom in the front of the home. No company could diagnose properly or fix without thousands of dollars! Buddy figured it out and fixed in no time at all and it was less than $500!!! He also gave me 3 options on my A/C unit at my rental home . He repaired the unit without me having to replace it and its working like a charm1!!!!!!!!!!! I FINALLY found a wonderful A./C company and technician Buddy!!!!!!!!!!! thanks the Fields familly

They did a great job.

Their bid was 25% lower than our other lowest bid. They always arrived on time. They cleaned up after their work. And came back to replace a defective part the same day I called. Great customer service. And the new unit works great and is 90% quieter.

Technicians were knowledgeable and addressed a small tubing leak that wasn't identified earlier.

I dealt with the owner on my A/C repair and he was ine of the most knowledgable techs I've dealt with. No trip charge with hour min. It was worth to have the prob fixed which was done quickly, less than an hour and guy before him that bypassed the board left a wiring nightmare. He will now handle all my A/C business including new unit when it's time.
