Eric is someone who is not only trustworthy, but quick to return your calls or text, Fist of all I would like to mention that Eric has high work ethic and yet has humble attitude. He patiently listen about what our expectations on our bathroom renovation project. He always cleans up the job site every day and care about our comfort during project process. Also he pays attention to all the details and our concerns. As homeowners. We have spoken with other contractors but going forward with Eric was the best choice, He went above and beyond our expectations! Eric is fantastic to work with and very communicative and responsive. He relocated and installed new water lines in our kitchen as a part of a full remodel, as well as installed all our new fixtures and dishwasher. He was able to come out quickly and complete the projects in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with both the responsiveness and the quality of the work done by Eric. We experienced a significant leak in the main water line yesterday (between the street and the house) that was not discovered until the late afternoon. Although Erik was working on another project at the time he took my call and said he would respond as soon as he completed his earlier project. His response time included stopping off at a supplier to get the necessary materials and then arriving at my home within an hour. He subsequently completed the repairs in about an hour and had everything back in order to my satisfaction by 6:00pm. Eric's customer service and responsiveness is exceptional and I would heartily recommend him!!

Eric answered the call right away and came out same day to assess my toilet issue. He quoted me a price and came out the next day to do the work. He was on time, completed the job, and didn't go over the price quoted. I was very happy with the service provided and look forward to him handling any other plumbing issues at my home in the future!
