Levi was incredibly polite and did a great job. I am definitely going to hire them for more projects and I feel the price was very reasonable.

Very good overall. Took a little more time then it should have because of an initial wrong diagnoise. But corrected and is operating properly.

They did a good job repairing my sprinkler, at a reasonable price.

Everything went fine until I paid my downpayment. After that I could not trust anything that was told to me. I was told I would get a drawing proposal of the system for my approval that I did not receive until the job was complete. I still have holes in my yard where they did a very poor job of covering the trenches. I was told numerous times that there would be someone out to finish the job but each time there was no call. When I finally did talk to the president, he would always give me some lame excuse about how he is just overbooked. My landscape lights are going to have to be replaced. I am very unhappy with the service I received

Cody Tankersley is phenomenal. I couldn't believe how quickly he responded to my request, showed up the next day and immediately diagnosed and corrected my problem. I've never had any contractor handle any problem so effectively. I wish he could do tile, carpet and electrical work. This guys deserves an award.

This guy is on the ball. Able to do a large job I had and did not have a problem getting to me ASAP. Sharp company and friendly.

I had to recontact Cody at Elite Grounds to come fix what he did not accomplish in the first place. He is a nice guy, but doesn't always follow through with commitment. He and his crew did fix the problem and I'm hopeful I will have no problems in the future. I can't say I would recommend him, because he doesn't always keep to his word.

Never been more pleased with the efficency, attitude, friendless and above all honesty in explaining our problems with our system. Looking forward having our system 'freezed controlled' later in the year. Already recommended my next door neighbor (job completed) and also satisfied. Attempting to set up an appointment for my very best friend and Doctor for repairs to his system, Appreciate the promptness of returning telephone calls---unusual these days.

Job was done well. When my Cox line was cut and I was with out a phone, he took care of calling to get my services back up. No issues. Will have Cody out to do the rest of the yard next year.

Service after the sale has greatly improved. Had a leak and Cody responded within minutes of my phone call. He told me that he would be out the next day and he followed through with his promise. Went through a difficult time but we are very happy with the outcome.

We have been trying since September (3 months) to have our outdoor lights repaired. Elite Services responded in a very timely matter, however, the service level since has been extremely poor and I would not reccomend your services to anyone. Three months later....the outdoor lights are not working properly despite a 380.00 service fee paid.

I appreciate that Cody came when I was expecting him and he was very profesional.

Elite Ground Services was wonderful. They were able to fix our sprinkler system even though many unseen issues arose during the process. They communicated well and were extremely helpful in discussing problems and solutions. I would recommend this great group of people to my friends and neighbors.
