E H C Eros Heating and Cooling

I called on Saturday morning because our wall furnace decided to stop working. This was an issue that ive been having since last year. I called EHC because i wanted to get a quote to get a new one installed. They came by within the hour and told me my options and how much it will cost. The price was unbelievable!! I had called two other companies and their prices were crazy high! I was so ready to get my furnace installed by EHC! they comeback alter that day and took them about 2 hours to finish and have my house warm again!!! I definitely recommend them to everybody. They are so professional, they care for their costumers and they are very honest. Thank you EHC ! you got a loyal costumer for life.

I called at least 10 different places on a Saturday morning when my air conditioner suddenly stopped working. EHC Eros Heating and Cooling was the only company that came out the same day and was able to repair my air-conditioning unit within half an hour. I highly recommend this company, they are fast, reliable, and also offer warranty on their work. Thank you, guys, so much for saving me from this summer heat! Prompt and honest service - much appreciated!

I have a very old floor heater that turned on but did not stay on. We diagnosed a thermostat issue quickly and he discovered the cap off of the heater, likely saving me from carbon monoxide poisoning. He was friendly and professional. I am warm and grateful. Highly recommended.

Eros was super professional and knew immediately what the problem areas was. He was efficiënt and most important I spoke to him at 6pm and he offered to come at 9 pm so we did not have to be without a heater for another cold night. Price was fair for excellent service. This was as pleasant of an experience as I have ever had with most service companies. They were prompt and friendly, however it was their complete honesty that has me recommending EHC. They told me that it was an easy job that would only cost me a certain amount, yet they could have told me anything and I would have believed them. They saved me a ton of money and time, and I certainly appreciate that.

When I rated his co. I was undecided, something was bothering me but I didn�t want to give them a bad review so I went for the middle. Believe it or not the owner called me to complain about the review and DEMANDED an explanation. Be aware, if you hire this company and you give them a bad review they may sue you. I am changing my rating because they were 2 hours later than what they promise.The worker did not bring his tools, I had to go and buy a filter my self and provide a ladder even after I told them my furnace was in the attic. Finally� the guy showed up wearing sandals with white socks, this could have been a risk for him and for my property. Go ahead and check all the people who�s giving them a bad review they always answer back and blame the customer, they never take responsibility for anything.

Eros came he was the technician. He was very honest, reliable, with excellent manners and he got the job well done! I would highly recommend him to any job! We are very happy with his work. By hiring him you can not go wrong!

All techs were out and about so the boss himself came to fix the problem. Was at the job within the hour. Was straightforward about the costs and time it would take to replace worn out furnace. Reasonably priced. Now that's customer service!
