The owner Edson immediately knew what I was looking for, and his team was incredibly efficient, even working beyond the expected scope of the project. They even added in a few extra things not even included in the proposal, like some more lights for our garage. Was very happy with the overall experience, and will be calling Edson on my next project!

Arrived in time and provided services! However the AC/HVAC unit broke down exactly after 1yr after replacing the coils. I called their customer service phone number and the front desk lady gives lame excuses like Im driving, Im not IN front of my computer and promises a call back which never happens. I got charged 2600$ to replace the AC Condenser coils or something like that and next summer the ac isnt functioning. I ended up calling another service provider. Would never hire from Angies / this provider again.

Scheduling the job was done easily and efficiently. The crew that came was friendly. The job was done incorrectly and the finish was terrible. Our Panasonic Whisper Green Fan has a humidity sensor. Its not working. The unit came with mounting brackets, but instead they drilled holes through the side casing to attach it to the joist. Finally to fill in the ceiling gap from previous unit the team just applied a thick layer of mud that immediately started bulging and falling out. On redoing this mud job, I found out they stuffed the hole with shoe booties that I gave them to wear around the house ¦ I have pictures! The kicker is they took or threw away the Panasonic mounting bracket so now I canâ t even fix this. Iâ m sure this is not what they do at every job, which makes me wonder why my home was treated so poorly. I called to provide this feedback but was dismissed and told to call the manufacturer about the humidity sensor. I cant prove to Panasonic that the wiring is right or wrong ¦ what kind of customer service is this?

They did a great job installing a 3 zone mini-split installation in my apartment that is in a 3 story building. They almost finished the whole thing in 1 day. They are very responsive, polite, and very professional. I would hire them again and recommend them entirely.

The only bad experience I have had with Home advisor. They scammed me out of $240 and smiled while doing so.

$500 for 2 workers to install 2 smart thermostats where another brand smart thermostats were previously is highway robbery in my opinion. When I asked for an estimate ahead of the work, all I was provided was a minimum of 2 hours would be billed. My bad for not insisting on a better estimate as I would have never hired this work at that rate. Very disappointed in this project!

The technicians arrived promptly, worked tirelessly, as I never seen them take a lunch break. They finished must sooner than I expected, and the work was much neater than I expected. I am extremely happy with the final work and would highly recommend this company for installation of a mini-split ductless unit. I had two installed today in the finish basement and now I have A/C and heat.

Can't say enough about this team. I had an urgent request as the sale of my house was pending and I needed service right away. Jason called me late in the evening, came out the next day for an assessment of the problem which was quickly fixed by him and a partner. The office team was so efficient and sent me an itemized descriptive invoice which I needed to show the buyer what was done. With their online payment option I was able to pay instantly and forward to the attorney. Each member of this team was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were very responsive and completed all the work required and then some in a timely manner.

The customer service was great. The owner of the company was responsive and said all the right things. However, I was sent a quote for $220, only to end up paying $1048 by the end of the job. I was told the job would take no more than a couple hours with three guys working on it. It took 8.5hrs. There were only three guys there for about 3 of the 8hrs. The rest of the time there was only one guy. Problem number two: I never got any definitive answers about pricing and I found it extremely peculiar that an electrician would be charging by the hour. In the end, I got none of what I asked for. They claimed to have spent 7hrs on troubleshooting and demo. I was charged $168 for materials which in actuality cost less than $50. I hired another electrician who finished the job and then some for $700 flat. No hourly rate.

The EH Electic team was extremely professional and very friendly. With the current situation with COVID I was skeptical of having work done but the team made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process.

Hired EH electric to wire my new Pool filter and add an extra power outlet located near the pool. Not only did the team do a fantastic and timely job, the total project cost was significantly less then the estimates we received from other companies. I wouldn t hesitate to hire this team for any electrical needs.

Fantastic work, always on time, trustworthy, got their work done ahead of time, great pricing, very accommodating with their timing. We had our entire house remodeled and rewired. They did a great job. As we had little issues after the fact, (switches not working, which can happen) they came back and fixed it right away. Would recommend to anyone.

The electrician was prompt(early) which is rare. He explained what he was doing and why it was needed also he was very clean and picked up afterwards.
