I was very impressed with your service. You responded to the work request immediately, showed up on time for the estimate, explained exactly what would occur, and established a work time frame quickly. The technician, Jim, did an outstanding job. He was respectful of my home, explained what needed to be done, requested my input before any holes were drilled, and assisted with securing the speaker wire in the attic. He connected all of the video and audio equipment and then explained how it all worked; he even created a diagram as a reminder. I was very pleased with your service and will recommend your services to others. Thank you.

We had four audio & recording pieces (turntable,cassette player/recorder,cd player/recorder and receiver) that we couldn't get to work together properly. Tim reconnected the components and everthing now works correctly. He did an excellent job. Would not hesitate to call him again. Ken

They did change their quote and put some pressure on us to complete the job in their timeframe. Overall they did a good job. I would rate them good and better than Cable consultants and TechnoStructure in Naperville because the other's were only interested in doing several thousands dollars of installation work and did not even show basic business courtesy. On the other hand Tim was polite and good.
