His workers were definitely top notch! Work was completed in one day. That include installing a 250 foot driveway with tar and chip included and topping off another original driveway with 3"+ asphalt. Both driveways look great and show quality workmanship...would definitely recommend Jim Williamson to others needing top notch workmanship. Outstanding, Jim!!!

Jim did a great job. He was very responsive to my phone inquiries, and answered all my questions. He thoroughly inspected my roof and presented me with photo evidence as he outlined my options. He offered a great price for the job, and completed it quickly. I would definitely hire him again.

Owner James was on site during project which is very important to me the customer. Project was a repair and recoat of flat roof and I got 3 quotes. James was the only contractor that noticed infrastructure damage and included it in his quote and repair. A few cracks in existing elastomeric were not covered thoroughly during initial recoat but I only had to call James once and he came back and took care of the areas that I was worried about. Great value and great customer service.

Ours was a small job but we were treated no differently than if it was a complete re-roof. The supplies used were of good quality and the quality of the work was very good. He even cleaned a drain for my next door neighbor so that their flat roof would drain - at no charge!

Do not hire this awful business. We hired them to repair our roof after we saw they guaranteed their work from day one. And I’m literally quoting their last sentence in their profile. They came out, we dropped around 4K on our roof and it still leaks. They came back out and said we needed to drop another huge lump of cash on our roof to fix the issue. The leaking roof was never fixed in the first place so why would we ever pay again to have it “repaired". The last visit they took off all our roof tiles and left our roof exposed to the harsh Arizona elements and have yet to return our phone calls and emails! We will NOT be using these people again and will make sure to tell others to do the same. Don’t waste your time! After giving them a bad review James came out to resolve the roof issue. He and his crew gave a bunch of excuses as to why I never got a call back from them, email doesn't work, phone number not valid anymore, a co-owner left the business and so on. Well, they danced up on the roof and said they would come back to water test the roof. They never came back, our roof and ceiling are a complete mess and they have not answered countless emails and phone calls. I'm changing my rating back to half a star.

I was very pleased with the work of James and the others who took part in making a difficult job seem to be fairly simple. I was well-pleased with the whole project.

They were courteous, friendly, and kept us informed about the progress they were making. We appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves.

This guy (and his helper) was right on time...looked at the problem got the materials he needed and fixed it up the very next day. Also sealed the wood around and below it, and applied sealant to my tile roof around the edges. These folks know what they're doing!!
