"We are sorry you felt there was a language/accent disconnect. We strive to effectively communicate the issue(s) upon our findings and keep clients happy but what you wanted would have compromised our work ethic. We are not the type of contractor to make you spend thousands on patching several areas when we know it is not the solution. We would much rather be upfront & humbly honest than mislead our clients. No work was completed, just initial appointment. We understand that communication during inspection was not as expected however, level of pronunciation in English does not affect our top performance or inability to deliver superior workmanship."
