Mr EJ is super nice, he brought his son to work on the deck project, I think it slowed him down a bit. He's a good worker but I had to do the finish work myself and had to restain two of the decks, one because he painted it just before the rain and the other because the stain wasn't applied heavily enough. I'd definitely hire him for utility work around the home, or if the deck work doesn't have to be cosmetically perfect.
