Please do not trust this individual. Do not pay him upfront as I did. He took my money and he never even started the job. He will not answer my calls now.

I hired others Companys in the past who performed work for me I can say E.J. is to me the best company I have ever encountered. I strongly, recommend E.J.'s Maintenance and Home Improvement for any project that is needed you will not be dissastified. This Company is professional and will ensure that all work done is to standards. I will always want a company such as EJ for all work needed. If in the near future if I need some work done I would only look at this Company to do my work. They do the job to right and definitely to standards.

I would not recommend EJ for another job because he never showed up on time and when he came he left his helper to do all the work by himself which took 2 people too do.

"Customer forgets to add problem of instructions being wrong and the value discount of the work being done, due to manufacturing problems. Wouldn't suggest doing work for this customer, for there is no satisfying him."

Just finishing my earlier comment...a few days earlier he said he would finish that day so I paid him the rest. My fault for not waiting until all the work was done. I didn't want to post this but he will continue to screw people out of their hard earned money. I also looked at the receipt for parts...it had an LED bug zapper on it. This was definitely not part of my repairs. Ugh, he got me.

"All was done plus some that she added at the last moment and some for no additional cost , due to my scheduling and obligations to more understanding and appreciative customers. This customer (NEVER)completely paid bill and customer was told twice that the big light was never put in her cost and she never took the time to sit and go over job or reicepts, everything was done via phone and notes."

The contractor showed up to quote my job and was able to schedule it for the following day. However; he did not show up on time and then left one employee to do the job of at least two people. The employee did an excellent job, but did need my help a few times. It took two days to finish the job that was quoted for one day. The employee did show up with another person on the second day and was able to complete the job.

"Told customer we would squeeze him in due to high volume of quoted price on job with the understanding of this and, and my employee was more than capable to do every thing except the roof, directions and instruction had many mistakes and had to go and take things apart, due to the inaccuracy of instructions, and the customer was fairly compensated for any inconvenience."
