E.K. Movers and Disposal, LLC

The owner was very customer service minded and made sure that his helpers did the work correctly and timely. They also did a good job keeping the work site area free of debris. I did attempt to negotiate a lower fee and he was willing to reduce the original bid by 20% however it still was in my estimation higher that what I had anticipated. But as I stated they did a very good job.

Quick follow-up from company. Very flexible pricing and extremely fast service!

Fast response, Very reasonable price.

They are quick in response. I called and they came within hours. Very reasonable price.

Erik took me giving him my address as confirmation to pick the sofa that was to be removed, even though the phone call was ended with very specific directions to leave it where it was. After ignoring my instructions to leave the couch where it was and not move it, he called to tell me I owed him money. After telling him to drop it back off at my residence he grew angry with me, telling me it is already on the dump, that he has to pay for the lead to come in and dropping it back off was not an option. After coming down on his price, and him getting even more irritated at the request of an invoice he finally sent one on a Thursday at 10pm. He then called me two times at midnight to see if I got the receipt, three times that next Monday when he had received payment in the mail, and another four the next day. I would never treat a customer of mine like this after my mistake, and would not recommend him to anyone! Horrible experience!

Good service from this company. Will hire again if need arises.

Was on time and made an effort to come earlier for my schedule.

I spent more than I estimated but he was great to work with. Very patient.

Very quick response. Friendly.

Eric came out shortly after I first talked with him. He gave me a very good price to remove some very lg. old appliances, and was able to take them immediately. He was very kind, courteous, and professional. I have more work for him in the near future.

E.K. came out in miserable weather & handled my situation promptly. I would hire them again.

Erik was very personal and friendly to work with. I would never hire him again though because he talked like he was doing me favor to only charge me $800 instead of $850.The only major items to haul of was a sofa bed, a big screen TV and a 3 compartment credenza that was broken down to make more room in the trailer. I felt like I was really taken advantage of, because he only quoted me the cost after they started loading up the trailer.

Fast and prompt. Worked until 9 PM to get the job done and help me meet my schedule.

Great response, speedy service
