I hired EK Painting to paint the whole interior of my house (walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and stair railing). The quote I received from EK to do the work was very reasonable. I canâ t say enough about the great job they did with painting my home. The team was on time every morning. They were friendly and courteous, extremely careful, trustworthy, quiet, and always cleaned up after a day of painting. Working with Kelly, the team leader, was easy. He informed me daily as to the painting schedule and he was flexible with me making changes. If you are looking to have the interior of your home painted, I highly recommend EK painting. I love the job they did my house looks amazing!!! I ask for a sparkle wall and a black and white striped wall they both look amazing just they way I wanted them to look. If I ever need anything painted again I will be calling EK painting. Kelly Morgan was on time and got the job done a little early. Cleaned up everything when he left. Price was comparable to other quotes I got.

The quality of the actual work is beginner at best. Blames everything wrong on anyone else. Refuses to make all the error right. Uses inferior cheap brushes and roller cover which leave strands, fibers all over including brush strokes. We are having to repair and repaint our entire 2500 square foot home again to get it on the market for something we just paid Kelly $5,000 to do. He's full of lies and exuses. All we wanted was for him to come back and make it right. If your looking for someone professional I erge you to find a real professional. This company is the worst I have seen. I am a General Contractor.

"Always 2 sides to a story. Did plenty of touch ups after your husband said he did his walkthrough. Wanted us to come back again for free and fix things that other contractors did. They had the trim carpenter do all the caulking and filling of holes then wanted us to fix it when it didn't look good and wasn't in our scope of work. Had other contractors working in the house and cutting trim and tile and sending dust everywhere when there was wet paint on the walls. Did work outside of our scope of work including drywall repairs that we were never paid for. Installed a railing system that we were never told about and then you wanted it painted 3 different colors, painted a fireplace that we were told you were taking care of and then we ended up having to do it. All work we were never paid for. You were told that we would work with you and come back and assist with anytouch ups needed but we would need to be compensated for our time and you refused. Now just out trying to bash the company because you didn't get your way. You were told that we allow one day for touch ups and for you do to a walkthrough. Your husband did a walkthrough and marked areas of concern and we addressed them. We also gave an extra day worth of touch up work so you got 2 days when you were told one. We cannot be held responsible for damages caused by other contractors or continue to come back free of charge. After your husband did the first walkthrough you had 1 whole week to do any other final walkthrough and mark off any areas of concern and you never did it now 2 weeks after the job has been completed you want to make all these accusations. Not to mention most of your issues come from the fact that you wanted to cut cost and only wanted one coat of paint. Now that the paint isn't covering in one coat you want to pass the blame. There are some people that no matter what you do they just won't ever be happy and are a bad apple. They are not general contractors they are low end house flippers that want everything dirt cheap and refuse to pay for quality. As everyone can see by other reviews we are highly recommended and these people are one of the only ones that seem to have an issue."

Kelly was professional and courteous. He responded promptly and completely to all of my questions. The work was done well. They kept my house clean while working in it.
