Meni did a great job on my tankless water heater installation. He was very quick to complete the installation and was very professional. He explained to me about his 30 years of experience in the field of plumbing, and you can tell by his works he is very honed in his skillset. He was very kind and gave us an excellent price on the water heater installation. It was a lot cheaper than any other estimate we were getting. Overall, I highly recommend working with New Act Plumbing, it was a fantastic experience.

He truly made me feel confident in his work and told me that he is even certified with NORDS. He gave me his recommendation on what he thought was the best company to go with and what size I needed. He said because there are only two people living in the household, there was no need to pay extra for a bigger water heater I originally thought I had needed. I had to get my sump pump replaced immediately. I called a few guys to get quotes and Meni's prices were by far the best. Not only was he fair with his prices, but he was also able to make it to my house the same day to fix the issue. He is very professional and experienced in the field of plumbing. I hate to write a review when it could affect someones livelihood, but what we experienced warrants a bad review. One goes to homeadvisor hoping to get competent service and as a review written from the women with the pool pipe he broke and did not stand behind who had to go to mediation and who he threatened her to take down her bad review, she said he has been taken off another site and should be off this one and I agree. So many things went wrong its impossible to list all. He was unorganized did not come with all parts needed, messy, flooded our garage and ruined things. Estimate was inaccurate he said we were getting a 50 gallon heater with 60000 BTU he brought one with 34000 BTU. When he gave me the estimate I made the decision based on the difference in price between a new heater and repairing the part, he knew I made that decision because he assured me my circulating pump was still good and then after I put the money out for the heater he tells me it is not, so more money. I was not brought the heater he quoted me on with more BTUs and being I was without hot water for 5 days I did not want to wait any longer as he assured me this one was all I needed and I do not believe that as he made the mistake and did not want to make good on it. When I asked for a receipt he went off on me screaming bizarre crazy behavior telling me my invoice estimate was a receipt and it was not. He refused to take a credit card even though it says he does. He added extra expense for parts he broke one being the exhaust pipe he tried to make do with the 4 inch pipe cutting it to use as a 3 inch when he knows changing from a 75 gallon heater to 50 gallon pipe needs to be downsized. He was aggravated and showed it in his behavior as the 2 hour job turned into 6 and he had to come back another day due to him not having the right size pipe very unorganized. He also charged us for the pipe that was suppose to be included that he broke trying to make the wrong size pipe work. With all this I still would not have written a review until he left us in an emergency situation with a pipe not tightened, therefore gas leaking even though he lead us to believe it was CO2 because the exhaust pipe was not attached yet through the ceiling. After texting and calling him several times saying it was an emergency, when my husband finally spoke to him, he refused to come out insisting it had to be something else causing it. Said he would only come out if we paid and argued with my husband whose an attorney. My husband proceeded to tell him he will be liable if someone gets sick from this terrible odor. Only then did he say he would come out only if his wife was not out there. He hates strong women that know too much that he cant manipulate and pull the wool over their eyes. The first day we were told to leave our garage door open all night as he had not installed the exhaust pipe due to him not bringing one the right size, he was mad he had to come back. When he came back installed it we told him it still smelled he assured us it would dissipate in half and hour it never did and we had to leave the garage door open another night. When we expressed maybe it was a gas leak he refused to take responsibility for it, the gas company came immediately. We were told the connector gas line was loose at one end and was not tightened with a wrench, we were also told he should have done a safety check with soap and see if it suds. When we told him what happened he tried to say he did soap it and obviously that was not the case or he would have known there was a gas leak. His shoddy work created another problem that he will not address hot water coming out of the hot and cold side of faucets. He refused to take responsibility for what he caused and left us with this emergency and tries to deny he did it and showed crazy ballistic behavior. I feel reviews should be checked and taken more seriously.

Great job! I had several projects bundled together (installing a garbage disposal, replacing a toilet, repairing a second toilet, repairing a washing machine leak) and Meni handled everything carefully and completely. Highly recommended. I already have another project lined up for Meni to do.

My experience with this company was a total success. Manny initially asked me a series of questions about the parameters of the job. He presented a fair estimate and maintained excellent communication throughout the job. When there were challenges Manny could not anticipate he found solutions. I will not hesitate to work with this company again. They are my new Go To!
