Write a ReviewReceived a prompt phone call from EL Aprea last month in regards to a leaky pipe we had in our basement. A plumber (I presume the business owner, as we corresponded via their officially listed phone number) quickly came out the following day, tightened a couple of connections which appeared to resolve the leak. Paid $85 as their standard onsite arrival charge, and the plumber left. Within the next two weeks, the leak returned, worse this time. Contacted EL Aprea again, and was told they wouldn?t have any availability until the next day possibly. Called again the next day, left a voicemail. Sent a text message to the same number again later in the day, as most of our correspondence had been over text previously. Again, no response whatsoever. Ended up calling another plumber, who promptly came out, recognized the issue at hand would require the water to be shut off at the street level, and a number of parts would need to be replaced altogether. The repair ended up being fairly expensive, but this appears to have completely resolved the problem. Several weeks later and we still have not received any return correspondence from EL Aprea and have not received a refund for their services.
We are happy that you found another plumber. And we are profoundly sorry that we could not respond at the time as we have everyone tied up with projects. We came out and tightened a packing nut on your water meter as you held the light and watched the leak stop from that packing nut. Then we kept an eye on it and it had stopped. This packing nut was on the house side of the meter, which do not require the water to be shut down at the street. So it was not the packing nut that we snugged and another problem with your plumbing in the same area.
Ok
Fernando was very professional, work was done efficiently and knowledgeably. The price was very reasonable. I'm keeping his number if I need plumbing done in the future.
Great guy, quality work- first time that I was totally satisfied with home advisor services. If your in need of a fair priced plumber with great work ethic you should call this guy!
Good communication and work ethic
Very professional/Respectful/polite
Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. they go the extra mile. Did a great job on replacing my total sewer in the house and outside the house
I'm happy with their work. And they had the best price
The crew was very polite and kept us informed about the status of the project. The final outcome was was very good and the sewer was able to be fully functioning after a couple of days. They had to dig and remove an old mainline trap to fix the issue. Dirty work and they did a great job.
Master plumber, has done many plumbing projects for me. Fernando never disappoints.
