I would not recommend this company. The good thing was that they came out on a weekend for emergency service to clear a blocked sewer line. They charged $300 for the service call and another $100 for the emergency service. It lasted a week, then blocked again. Even though their receipt specifically said there was a warranty for seven days, they resisted coming back out and argued about the warranty. The second guy brought more powerful equipment but couldn't get the drain cleared, and told us that we had to dig up the street to replace the sewer line. The next day, we used the Drain Surgeon the clear the blockage successfully. He recommended we use an independent diagnostician (Hydrophysics) to see if we needed a sewer line replacement. I told Fernando from Elite that I was going to do that camera work and would get back to him -- at which point he told me that the price he'd quoted was only good if I did the work immediately. The camera work was excellent and determined that the line replacement is indeed necessary. But meanwhile Elite sent their people out to dig up the street without being authorized to do the work. When I called to question it, he sent his guy back out to fix it, and he did a really sloppy job, for which I subsequently got a call from the city inspector asking me about it. He told me that Elite often does poor work that the City insists he go back and clean up. The whole thing has been a fiasco. I'm) who will finish the job for $1000 less than I was quoted by Elite.

Fixed the problem right away and gave a fair price! The best thing is the problem was solved and never came back!

We had a simple job in a very constrained location. Elite listened to the constraints, had extensive conversations with the city Inspector, and came up with a well crafted solution that met all the constraints. Vital and prompt service

Would not recommend it. They could not fix a simple outdoor faucet leak because they were trying to make it a bigger job $$ than it was. Hired another company, stopped the leak by replacing a gasket... FOR FREE.

I hired Elite Plumbing to install a new Hot Water Tank in a challenging location in a condominium (i.e. on a platform above the dryer). They were very responsive and they were a professional team. Fernado, the owner was great to work with, and Mike, the lead installer, was also great. Because of a glitch, I called them and they returned immediately to make sure the unit was working properly. Excellent customer service and a great job!
