After getting quotes from a few contractors, we went with Elite because of how honest and clear Charon was from the beginning. He wasn’t pushy, just informative — and it gave us a lot of confidence. There was a small hiccup with a material backorder, but Charon kept us updated and found a workaround without compromising quality.
