Chuck and Chris installed the type of well pump we asked for. We wanted a direct replacement for the type of pump we had a wellxtroll. Chuck knew right away what we wanted and had so much knowledge and experience with these pumps we decided to go with this company. It took a while to actually get them out as they’re a small company and seems pretty busy but my husband and I are so happy we used them. It’s only been about a week since the install but we got a new well pump installed on n a little over an hour. Chuck and Chris were very knowledgeable and respectful. Our water pressure has improved tremendously thanks to them! I’d recommend Ellsworth if you have a well because of their experience. Like I said it’s only been a week but so far so good! The service rep was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain how the system worked, what went wrong, and how he was going to repair the system. He carried everything he needed to make the repairs in his truck. Repairs were completed within a 2-hour period. I am very happy
