Ellwood and his team took charge in my condo that was destroyed from vandalism- gave me an estimate - started the next day - worked over time- did extra that I didnâ t ask for- knowing that I needed it fixed fast - quality was top notch - hard workers I would highly recommend

I paid $1,500 to Ellwood to rescreen a very small patio and fix the drainage. He sent someone who came in a van that was labeled something like Wood Working. That should have been a clue to me to call Ellwood about my project on the patio. There was no wood involved. The worker installed the wrong size spline, resulting in all the screen falling down (the plastic was to large to stay in place) and he cut the screen too small, so it could not be reinstalled with correct sized spline. Additionally, he removed a handicap hand rail that I needed and left it in the planter and lost the screws. Finally, the drainage that I paid extra for was not done. Ellwood sometimes answers me and says he will fix it, but he never does and I will have to file a small claims case to get my money back and hire someone else.

I dealt with Ellwood numerous times and always that there is a problem he is willing to resolve it with no hesitation.
