They guided me through the whole remodel process and I really felt like they care about your project and you're not just another money sign to them. I called around and ELX is the most affordable and the service did not disappoint. Highly recommend.

Carlos came out to our home before we bought it to analyze a leaning chimney. He thoroughly analyzed the structure before giving us a recommendation for how to go about fixing the issue. I appreciated this, since I was afraid we were paying a couple hundred dollars for someone to tell us the structure was leaning, but no concrete recommendations for fixing it. Carlos even emailed me two referrals for companies that could address the problem, which saved me the time it would take to research. It was expensive to pay for a structural engineer to come out and only give us a verbal recommendation, but in the end it was worth it for my peace of mind and referrals for next steps.
