My only issue is they did not find all the original stakes, I'm not saying they did anything wrong or did not do what they were paid to do, they did survey and marked the lines, (it would be much more expensive for a boundary survey). I have the original lot drawings of all the properties on this street and the lots are drawn straight on this drawing, the way this survey was marked shows our lot being angled to our neighbors. which is hard for me to accept, even with this drawing being 60 years old, the craftsman who laid out the lots in the 1960's would all have been put out of a job if this was how they performed.

I contracted with this company after seeing review on Home Advisor. I paid in advance for boundary survey. The surveyor came out and placed stakes. No drawing was supplied. I had also requested a Site Plan. I tried to call the company to get a drawing to supply to the city for a garage addition project. I was either sent to voice mail or I got a Mailbox Full message. I did get periodic replies from the company receptionist that always said they were slow due to COVID. I would be encouraged that they were working on it. The drawings never happened. It has now been 6 months. I held up our project all summer and now too late for this year.

The survey was completed much sooner than expected and I can now proceed with my fencing project. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

I had my property surveyed in order to locate property lines since my neighbor is planning to build a fence. I wanted to be sure that the fence was not going to be built on my property and cause issues at a later date. Actually, the information I got will also help with some outdoor projects I have planned. I can go ahead with them knowing that I am not extending them onto someone else s property.
