Nice guy he seemed genuinely helpful when I met him, gave me good advice on the house regarding asbestos, with that said in my opinion value for the money is not there, more importantly he did not followed up with out agreements post payment and only complied after I mentioned that I was going to put a dispute with my credit card. This was dissapointing as I would have given him a good review despite the high price because he is really knowledgable, however he needs to improve customer service and follow up
