Please let me Begin by saying, I had researched & secured four estimates, Erick was the first gentleman I saw and without a doubt he made a great impression, he also set a standard and an expectation that each and everyone that came after him needed to meet, and being totally honest, only one gentleman came close to meeting those expectations, what ultimately separated Erick was he cared, he followed up, he sent me links and he continued to communicate and answer questions, Erick's estimate was very competitive but was not my lowest, ultimately I chose Erick because of his likability and his professionalism and I'm extremely grateful that I did, I had my garage roof replaced, it was in really bad condition but Erick and his team did an amazing job I couldn't be happier, when they finished the job my place was left Immaculate as if no work had been done trust me I highly recommend Erick, he will not disappoint you, I promise .. Quick response- reliable, not pushy

Erick of EM CERTIFIED was pleasant, honest and above all professional. He gave me an estimate and stuck with it even though there was a little more work than he expected. He explained why I was having a leak (improper installation of flashing by another roofer). This was a small roof repair. He and his helper did such a wonderful job that I would not hesitate to call him again when I need a full new roof.

Eric and his team were a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job. The pricing was fair, the work was done with care and to a very high standard. I’d hire him again.

Erick is some one in a million. He is honest fair and extremely professional. After many surgeries I can do anything around the house. After the last storm we had shingles blow off. He can and repairs on side and installed the complete opposite side. Other contractors would not even pull out a ladder to give you an estimate. He went up to the roof took detailed pictures and explained everything. Explained cost and repair time. He prides himself on being fair , honest and doing the job as if it were his home. Our family will only call Erick for out home repairs. He already be at my brothers in law and a neighbor. Call him first form anything to do with anything in your home

Great company - reliable , pay attentions to details , great commutation , and treated my home like their own. I needed a window repair , chimney repair , and a roof repair and they did it all ! They also fixed some small things they found at no extra charge.

Erick, He is absolutely amazing!!! First of all He came out in the crazy storm and climb up two stories to my roof to assess the damage to my roof. The next day he came on time to Perform the repair on my roof and help me out with the gutters as well. The price is fair, he is very professional, patient and trustworthy !!! I already share his business contact information to my friends and neighbors!!!

Very professional and knowledgeable in roofing. I thought I had to replace my windows but EM certified gave me another solution that was less money and corrected the problem.

This review is long overdue. I've used EM construction for 4 house projects now. Always does great work great prices. Eric is an honest and reliable contractor, that I couldn't recommend more! I will use CM construction again in the future.
