I hired them and they fixed what needed to be but then they told me that another part (the transmission) of the washer was going out, the washer is only 4 yrs old.

Tony came with very little notice on a Saturday afternoon to install my dishwasher. He did a terrific job for a very reasonable price. I have already used him again since then and will continue to contact him for all my appliance needs.

The contractor ripped me off. He showed up, put on a new part (defrost timer) thawed out the fridge and charged me $184.03. 3 days later, I had the same problem. He returned and informed me that I needed a new compressor and condenser which would cost $1400. I told him I needed to think about that. He charged me $75 and left. I called a different repair company, they came out and found the problem in 2 minutes. The defrost heater was burned out. He ordered the part and returned a week later to install it. At that time, he discovered that the defrost timer installed by Tony was wired incorrectly. He fixed everything for $204. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Very reasonable service call charge, and after diagnosing the problem with the ice machine, told me that based on the date of manufacture, I still had 4 months on the 5 year warranty that I didn�t know about. He even gave me the number to call. Turns out the repair will be $1200 and I pay $0. Very honest and reputable, I highly recommend him.

I submitted my problem and need for someone to come out and fix my front loading washer, and as soon as I finished the questionnaire online, called emergency appliance repair. The gentlemen already had my online information! We then discussed the error code and issues with my washer. He then asked some questions, explained my problem and how to fix it (by just simply using HE detergent). At no charge! I am sure a lot of other repair companies would have come out to the house and charged me a fee for that. But he solved my problem right then and there over the phone. He took two screws out of the back of the fridge. My fridge was working except for the middle piece was getting hot. He opened it up and pulled out a piece of insulation and charged me $75.00, when the original quote was $25.00. He showed up 3 hours after he said he would. I asked him if it was something I could do myself and he said to let him take a look at it. It turned out it was something I could do myself and he still tried to charge me $75.00. I gave him the $25.00 and sent him on his way.

HE CALLED THAT DAY WHICH WAS WONDERFUL. I GAVE HIM THE INFO HE NEEDED, HE QUOTED A PRICE. I AGREED FOR REPAIR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THAT WAS A FRIDAY ON 12/13 I CALLED AND CANCELLED, HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE APPROX 240.00 TO CANCEL.I FOUND A NEW KENMORE FOR 450.00.HE COULD HAVE TOLD ME TO LOOK INTO THAT SINCE I HAD A 20 YEAR FRIDGE. WE AGREED ON ONE GASKET THAT I WOULD INSTALL COSTING ABOUT 85.00 WITH THE RETURN OF THE REST OF MY MONEY. TODAY IS 2/1/08 I HAVE RECEIVED NEITHER THE MONEY OR GASKET.

Quick response, great communication w/repairman, he was early for the appointment time actually & repairs made quickly once he obtained the part(s). Service call is kind of expensive, but what are you gonna do? Overall, a good experience & I'd use them again, especially Anothony for the Dallas area.

We did not use this service professional because the appliance was covered by warranty with Sears and they did it for free. However, this person responded quickly and could have done the job very fast. I was impressed with him. The price he quoted was very fair but due to money constraints, we had to wait for Sears (which took 4 ungodly weeks to fix it). I will definitely contact him in the future if we need something else fixed

Cost was a little higher than the original estimate (we just took it off the tip). The original installation was not done correctly, but he came back and fixed it. Scheduling the work was very convenient and easy.

Anthony was great! He fixed my oven the night before Thanksgiving. I had called so many places to try to get the oven repaired and no one was willing to fix it. I remembered Service Magic and Anthony called me less than 5 minutes after I submitted my request. He did a great job, and I was able to cook a great Thanksgiving meal!

Tony was very helpful and made his schedule fit mine. It is rare these days to have a repair service that is flexible with timing. Most give you a 4 to 8 hour window and expect you to be there at their convenience. Tony was just the opposite. He made himself available at my convenience. I am recommending him to all my neighbors and friends.
