Would give 0 stars If i could. This company did my HVAC inspection on my very first home ever. I specifically asked about an issue in the attic, I was told everything was fine, and now that its summer I have figured out that I have a massively (as in, no way a trained hvac technician should have missed it in a Million years) cracked emergency condensation pan which is now leaking water into my attic, drywall, ceiling and dripping to the floor below. Tried reaching out to their customer service several times this week, was told I would get a call back each time, and each time my call was never returned. Reached out to the realtor that helped me with the home purchase that recommended EMI do the initial inspection, he emails the owner of this place to tell him I have an concern and havent been able to get his customer service dept to help me, and he Simply respond "Have him call the office". What a Joke of a company. All they care about is your money, clearly. Not even the owner cares enough to go out of his way to do something for a customer that they screwed over. Do not do business with this company. Do not give them your $.

Patrick Eubanks was honest repaired our unit until we could afford a new one. Installed a new one constantly checked to be sure it performed as promised. Unit did go bad but Patrick handled all the Warranty details got us another unit at no cost. Me and my wife were very satisfied and recommend Eubanks Mechanical Inc to everyone.
