Eber is a very slick guy. He will say anything to get the project. Here is the short story: 1-Whatever you think that you agreed to build for given price and what he will end up building might be 2 different things. He is slick, will use round words, he will run out of space in the contract and so many other games. But he will build whatever he wants, not what you think you all agreed. 2-Whatever he builds will start falling apart in 2 to 3 months. Can provide pictures of the deck he built that is falling apart after 2 months. 3-No customer service. No responsibility of what he builds. I sent him pictures of a deck that is falling apart. His answer was something like **oh, someone leaned on it and that is why it broke. That is how it looks to me** 4-He is a confused young man. He confuses **kindness** with **weakness** So, do not be kind to him. He will abuse it. What you need to understand is that he is not a contractor. He is a Subcontractor to subcontractors. Do not waste your time and money!

We went with Eber even though he did not have any reviews. When we met him, we knew he was our builder. He is very polite as is his crew. His work was better than we could have expected. He takes great pride in his work and it shows in the finished project. They cleaned up everyday and were respectful of our yard. We did a Trex deck in Havana Gold and bordered with Spiced rum and vintage lantern rails with a cocktail top...Wow! He also put in post lights and stair lights. Great quality workmanship and his pricing was perfect. Do not hesitate to give him a call.
