They didn't dig up the old pipe. I even questioned it. The capped off another old pipe for me. But the one I had called about is still in the lawn. They thought the landscapers would do it.

"We did everything Donna [Consumer name withheld at their request] asked us to do. She asked us not to dig up the line because for some reason she believed we would ruin her sprinklers. The line she told us to cap, we did. The line coming from the main line is a dead line. We tested and confirmed. Tried reasoning with Donna, she did not want a solution. Was never paid for the work and did what was requested of us."

The plumbers were knowledgeable, courteous, on-time and hard-working. However, they damaged a small area on our newly-refinished hardwood floors and have not taken care of it after 2 weeks of waiting. Additionally, I requested a detailed statement for each trip they made to take care of the gas leak issue and have still not received the statements.

He was prompt and saw what needed to do - although they did not need to use the snake to clear the clog, I was charged the agreed amount to clear the stoppage - it was nasty - I appreciated his quick and willing attitude.

EMJ came when they said they would. Called us when they were 20 minutes away. We had a leaky toilet valve and it was fixed in about 30 minutes. We were very appreciative they could come very quickly as we had to fly out the next day for a funeral. We will call them again.
