They removed three trees on our property, cleaned gutters and hauled trash. They did a great job and were reasonably priced (quote was lower than another company). They communicated well and showed photos of their work throughout the process.

They never responded to me, they were rude when they were at the site, they made a mess of the side and I am going to have to hire another contractor to finish what they did.

I had a dangerous large oak tree, which was severely cracked and very close to our home and power lines. Lucas assessed the situation and made it a priority in his schedule. He and his crew came on Saturday morning, in the rain, to remove the dangerous limb because he was concerned about it and came back on Monday to remove it and itâ s neighbor tree which also was damaged. Within 10 minutes of watching the care and precision of each cut made by Lucas, the way he moved around the power lines, I was sure I made the right choice. I canâ t say enough about Lucas, his experience and his amazingly hard working and extremely efficient team. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did. I kept the wood so they cut and stacked it neatly. They cleaned up all the debris from the area. I recommended them on the spot to my neighbor and will have them back again for all of my landscaping needs in the future. This is a solid family business and Lucas and Oscar live up to their excellent reputation.

Lucas and team just finished a complicated very large oak tree removal. The space was very confined with adjacent gas tanks,septic pipes,and neighbors house and ours. No property damage or injuries. Worked safely with amazing skill sets. The old oak appeared to have only a hairline crack in the main branch ,but Lucas knew the tree was unsafe which the internal decay only revealed the core decay after cutting took place which was a shock. Second time Lucas and team has helped us. Honest work and costs. Does extra cosmetic work without being asked as If it was their own property. After the storm Isaias when arborists were in great demand Lucas can over when we called. Please do not be impatient when calling Lucas as he is always in the field working possible up a large tall tree. Hopefully we get get his help in the future.

Never did the work. After waiting 2 weeks from when I was told they would originally do the job I cancelled them.

For the past ten years I have used EML Services for all my tree maintenance.Lucas and his team have cut down 14-15 tress w/o incident. Lucas is a magician when cutting and placing branches and sections of trunk as he and his team flawlessly drop large pieces of wood around shrubs and gardens. EML recently removed three large trees overlooking flower beds and and a shed w/o crushing even a daffodil. They removed all the wood and debris, and used a blower to scatter the sawdust and leaves into the adjacent woods. When they were finished it was difficult to tell any work had just been done! I highly recommend Lucas and his team for all and any tree maintenance. Lucas is a highly skilled tree surgeon and he and his team are very professional, extremely neat and very courteous. I would not let any other company service my property. In addition, I've been using EML for my lawn service and after two months I have not been disappointed. JJ New Fairfield, CT
