This company did a terrible job and should not be in business . We hired Mike and his crew to do a full home remodel. Not only did it take 3 times longer then they estimated The list of things that were done wrong and failing after one year are long. Boiler was installed incorrectly and needed to be completely redone (this is what they specialize in) the new company was so surprised at how poorly it was installed. The old vent pipe was left in the floor allowing gas from the septic to come In my house. My family had to leave for a week while the repair were being made due to the danger of methane gas. Sadly this was an issue for 6 months and luckily no one got sick. The shower was never sealed and water got behind it. This was something that we only learned about after a year of use and noticed the Sheetrock starting to crumble. We have to hire a contractor to redo the bathroom completely. Hardwood floors were refinished and all filler has come out and floors have completely failed. 4 breakers were installed incorrectly and needed to be replaced. The new vent pipe for the second floor was never installed and when we finally got mike to come out of the install he did leak and ruined the ceiling. The old heater cover were thrown out and never replaced and are first-floor window screens are still MIA. During construction weeks and sometimes months would go by with no one showing up to work on the house. I honestly have never written a negative review before but I just feel that people should be warned of people who have no business in this field. For the sake of your sanity and your family do not be fooled into hiring this company. I am spending more money fixing my new house then it cost to have it built. In the past year, the problems that have started to arise have forced me to move this to another level.
