E.M.R. Epoxy Flooring

Great communication and great work. Adapted to make it work with an extra thick slab and price was half of what I was quoted 10 years ago. Even stayed a little longer to help me get the stairs back together.

I hired EMR to help us with an emergency flood situation post Hurricane Ida. Rick was at our building the next day to advise steps to take for clean up and mold control. They did an excellent job. We were lucky to have them on such short notice. I would highly recommend EMR.

After several days of heavy rainfall, I found water in my basement, which is the one problem as a homeowner that keeps me up at night. Rich was quick to respond to my request and came over right away to inspect. I appreciate that he laid out all the options and relative costs of each, rather than upselling me on the most expensive option. His assessment was spot-on and he is clearly knowledgeable about waterproofing a basement. I opted to install a French drain and sump pump (which was the most expensive option, but gave us the best assurances that we would not have problems in the future), and his price was reasonable, about $900 less than the next quote we received for practically identical work. Rich was flexible with scheduling and always took my call. The work was completed on time and looked great, and he adjusted where the water drained outside at my request without any pushback or complaints. Rich guaranteed that this would keep me from having water in the basement. Based on this assessment, you might wonder how this review could be anything less than five stars, but I was unhappy about a few things, chief among them that the workers used my tools and stuff without asking. I wouldnâ  t have a problem loaning a ladder in a pinch, but I would expect contractors to bring everything and anything they might need for a project with them. I was particularly aggravated because they used my shop vac to vacuum the workspace, picking up chunks of drywall, plastic, and screws, especially since I saw a shop vac in the back of their van. Also used were some heavy duty painting drop cloths which were NOT mine, but borrowed from a friend, and not to be used for mud or dirt. The other issue was cleanup, since I found piles of screws and other trash left behind and the plastic coverings used to cover the furniture was left in place. These issues may not matter to you, but they mattered to me, and I personally found this unacceptable. I would log this issue as a matter of â  professionalism,â  and I hope this is taken as constructive criticism for the next project.

When completed, the job looked fantastic! I never thought the completed job would look as great as it did. The technician who performed the job was professional, courteous, well spoken and ON TIME!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. Rick was very clear on the steps being done and the work was done in a timely manner.

They did a great job in my attic with removing the Old insulation and replacing it. Very neat removing the old insulation and taking it away.

I hired EMR EPOXY for mould removal in a residential apartment. Richard was excellent. He informed myself and the tenants exactly you what needed to be done and the time frame it would take. He was very courteous to my tenants and also had no problem wearing PPE (many constructors do) inside the apartment. Highly recommend these guys!

Richard was honest, did an excellent job putting insulation in and cleaning out my attic. He was neat and respectful of my house.

Steve and his team are awesome. My shop floor was in really bad shape. They now look awesome and we get complements everyday from customers at how nice they look.
