They were very professional, they came and gave me the Estimate ASAP and did the repairings right away. Doing a great job, in record time,clean and well done. I highly recommend them. I was very satisfied with their job.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Ethel and Jerry and would HIGHLY recommend them for remodeling and construction projects. In addition to our new windows, we had interior walls and concrete work done on our back porch. Ethel responded immediately to our inquiry for services and a prompt meeting was scheduled to discuss our projects. Jerry responded to phone calls within a few hours, suggested better ideas than we had planned and monitored the subcontractors each day, at least once if not twice a day. The work was well done with attention to detail and in a timely manner. The subcontractors were trust worthy and respectful of our home. We plan to use EMS on future projects.

We hired EMS to complete several projects around our home. Namely: tile installation, bathroom tile replacement, gutter installation and a small home redesign project (adding a door). They completed the small tile installation project. Said they would schedule the others and kept putting it off. Started not to return our calls, etc. They ended up deciding not to continue our project (AFTER ripping out some bathroom tile and not replacing it). No explanation - they just didn't want to continue. Would not recommend. Not reliable at all. Would schedule and never show.

We had an emergency and required three doors to be repaired ASAP. the service we received was fast, friendly and completed quickly.

I obtained an estimate the same day I called them. The estimate was reasonable. They came and completed the job the next day.

I find in Austin where there is so much home building going on it is very difficult to get called back or people to show up. The second company never showed after rescheduling, EMS was professional fast and tidy

EMS provided prompt, professional, and courteous service. They explained every step of the repair.

Ethel and Paul came to my house on time and gave me a quick estimate within my budget. Paul painted the trim and chimney in one day and, and it looks great! I would highly recommend them.
